The Neighbor
Sketch, drawing, collage, and paint with no significant palette considered besides bridging the past to the now. The purpose is to contemplate what letting go of the mind feels like— what lies beyond conscious awareness. The engendering part of removing the self, is the surrender of outdated versions of who we once thought we were. In pieces, letting go creates subtle shifts— enter a realm of possibility where creation starts and begins, & begins, & begins, & begins
